Kangaroos are found in the most of the regions of Australia. Many times you may have read this interesting animal in science books. But you may not know that almost 47 types of kangaroos are found in the world. This animal belongs to mammal’s class of animals and is known to mankind. If we discuss habits and attitude of kangaroos, surely they vary according to the species of kangaroos. Most species of kangaroos are herbivorous and generally eat grass and other plants. Some omnivorous kangaroos eat plants, grass, small insects and even animals. Shrubs, leaves, grass and plants are most favorite foods of kangaroos. They eat at the night end or early morning. They use to dig ground to make holes and usually stay in them during the day time. They also sleep there. Kangaroos are also called fussy eaters. They don’t like the smell of plants grow near them and never eat them. Some other facts about kangaroos are:
