Eating habits contribute a lot in developing your health of body and mind and let you adopt versatile and good life style. Having bad eating habits is unhealthy activity and you have to suffer regarding poor health and bad negative attitude towards life. Bad eating habits occur for several reasons from which some include:
Dysfunctional Family Condition: In this type of condition when family is broken by divorce, separation of parents and any other issue, kids cannot have healthy attitude and good eating habits when they grow up. United and happy family can bring up their kids with good attitude and healthy eating habits as well.
Not Eating Together: Reasons of developing bad eating habits causes by whole family attitude and eating habits when they don’t gather on dinning table to enjoy the meal with whole family. In this situation there is no one to tell kids about health eating or attitude and unscheduled eating become part of their lives.
Model Eating Habits: If caretaker or parents are themselves in habit of eating unhealthy food and unscheduled diet plan then how kids can learn proper and good eating habits. As you know that kids follow the caretakers and parents n everything. Role modal contributes a lot in developing good and bad eating habits in kids.
Lack of Knowledge: Lack of awareness and knowledge regarding healthy eating is also a cause of developing bad eating habits in individuals. Sometimes you may not know what should eat in certain condition or according to body health. What your body requires for eating is necessary to know. If you don’t have complete information regarding your body requirements and rules of eating well, you cannot develop good and healthy eating habits for grooming your health.
Busy Schedule: Sometime your tough routine or busy schedule keeps you eating well and in time. Eating well requires time to know what you need and how you eat. Eating planning is very important and time consuming process and you have to leave your tough routine for healthy eating. If you cannot save your time for your good and healthy eating, obviously your eating habits will spoil and you will have rough and out of routine eating schedule.
Poverty: Poverty is one of common causes of eating well and healthy. When you don’t have things to eat how you can have good and healthy eating.
Depression and Emotional Extremes: Both these conditions are causes of eating unhealthy food and adopt bad eating habits and attitude. In depression you don’t think to eat well and if you are extremely sentimental, excited or happy, you don’t care of scheduled eating and this thing becomes cause of eating bad and unhealthy food.
All the things mentioned above are significant causes of developing poor and unhealthy eating habits.
