It is written in very first chapter of Bible that God has created all the plants and animals for food. Christian community around the world is follower of Bible and they believe on teachings of Bible. All the Christian community takes help from Bible to loose weight. However followers of Bible consider that some food is not created for eating like apples. On the other hand they believe that all trees give fruits and considered meat for life. They use to eat wheat, barley, lentils, beans and millets as bread products. These people are also discouraged by eating meat in their diet within some passages and that is the main reason for which they don’t have obesity and obesity related illness.
Biblical eat healthy diet and their way of eating can be a good example for those who want to be healthy and free from diseases.
