India has rich culture and its traditional aspects are very remarkable. In the same way Indians follow the cultural aspects and traditions regarding selection of food and eating habits. Tea is also drunk as a beverage in whole India by people of all ages. If we talk about healthy eating of Indians, most of people are diet conscious and take good care of their diet for weight loosing and being fit and smart not only physically but also mentally. All events and festivals of India are celebrated with cooking delicious and traditional dishes.
