Last night I was really hungry and I opened the fridge to eat something but I was astonished that all my healthy food disappears and there is nothing except ketchup, some sauces, eggs and ice, cold water containers. At this point I decided to develop some healthy eating habits but developing new healthy eating habits is not easy yet I thought that. When I thought to change my eating habits, I missed night time eating of pizza, cold drinks, snacks and ice cream. My stomach was streaming that feed me now but I did not surrender to the voice of my stomach and tried to keep myself in shape in order to develop healthy eating habits.


You will obviously wish to have some guidance how I do this all and I am ready to share my wisdom with all of you regarding developing good eating habits. Actually developing eating habits is not such a miserable ordeal as it is considered. Unfortunately we all are always on the run to get something very soon. Within this time we forget the request of our stomach that complains why I am kept hungry. In such situation we come back to the previous routine and eat everything available like foods with low calories i.e. saturated food, sugar and salt etc.
