When we talk about good healthy obviously there is most of concern of healthy food and good eating habits. How we eat and what we eat is very much important to consider to schedule our healthy routine regarding eating food. Eating habits effects the body, if your eating habits are healthy you can enjoy good health, but with unhealthy eating habits you will always wandering around physicians or medical consultants.

- Eat at fixed hour and make a routine of your eating. Following this advice will make you healthier than your peers. It is not necessary that you should eat at fix timing only in old age. Eating at fixed timing should be part of your eating habits and schedule.
- If you keep munching throughout the day, your digestive system will not function well. Some pause or break is very essential for good functioning of digestive system, so you should avoid eating anything between the meals. You should focus eating breakfast at 8:30, lunch at 12:30 and dinner at 7:30 or 8:00 is considered ideal timing for three main meals of the day.
- Reducing meat consumption is also one of good and healthy eating habits. In this regard red meat and chicken should be avoided to include in daily food. Other types of meat are not easy to digest by humans. Adding more and more vegetables and fruits is very healthy eating habit and keeps your fitness level and health maintain.
- You may know that soyabean are excellent in nutrition healthy components. How much of you eat this energy enriched food. Adding soyabean in your diet is very easy as you can use them with combination of wheat and then make chapattis of it.
- Always enjoy your food regardless of this thing what you eat. In this regard several points are very important as don’t rush to your meal, chewing the food properly, having lively conversation with family during meal and eating meal with your family members. Believe me enjoying your food is much better than eating in depression and anxiety.
These healthy eating habits will be much beneficial for you if they are applied in their real sense in your routine eating.
