Pisces are sensitive water element. Their inner self is very strong and they are mystic and pensive but like to be in contact with outside. Pisces have ability to understand others more frequently. They are also very good in listening the problems of others and being helpful for them. Pisces are somewhat difficult and unpredictable when we come to know about eating habits and health habits of them. Some Pisces individuals are very lazy in eating and food and have no interest in this important aspect of their health. Others are exactly opposite of them. Some of Pisces enjoy preparing their favorite food and are more conscious regarding right eating habits and healthy food. They consider the cooking and food preparation an art and live happy while preparing foods.
Usually eating habits of Pisces tend to change according to flow of situation. This is the reason for when they are suggested to have dinner with friends outdoor, they don’t argue. Another important aspect of Pisces eating habits is that they enjoy variety of food to eat in their daily life. They never like monotony in eating and food.
Pisces should eat: Pisces often lack of iron in their body system therefore they require iron enriched food like green vegetables and meat. Lack of iron can lead them to anemia, low blood pressure, inflammation and glandular diseases. Other foods that they should include in their diet should be iver, lean beef, lamb, egg yolks, oysters, kidneys, whole-grain cereals, barley, dried beans, beet , spinach, onions, lettuce, raisins, dates, apricots, peaches, grapes, apples, lemons and oranges.
Pisces should not eat: They should avoid using table salt that can make them bloat. Alcohol products should also be avoided by Pisces. Other unhealthy eating can also disturb their digestive system. Excess of water is very important for them because these people tend to sluggish digestion, poor assimilation and low meatabolition. So they should use plenty of water to maintain the effects of dry, light and hot food items.
